Refund policy
Fine art prints and frames are made to order. We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. All returns are up to the discretion of JC Adventure Images.
Framed prints are professionally packaged by our supplier so please contact us if there has been issues with transport. Take photos and we'll endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible!
To start a damage request, you can contact us at jcadventureimages@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email containing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
